Het bestuur van Volleybal Club Hoofddorp nodigt u van harte uit voor het bijwonen van de buitengewone Algemene Ledenvergadering van Volleybal Club Hoofddorp op:
\nZondag 10 maart om 19.00<\/strong> uur in Sportcomplex Koning Willem-Alexander (SKWA) aan de Bennebroekerweg 800 in Hoofddorp.<\/p>\n

Oproep ALV nr 1<\/h3>\n

De agenda is bijgesloten, evenals de notulen van vorige keer en deze keer ook concept statuten; deze concept statuten zijn een aantal aanpassingen op onze huidige statuten.Tijdens de vergadering zullen de wijzigingen worden toegelicht.<\/p>\n

Wel alvast het volgende:
\nConform de huidige statuten dienen wijzigingen aan de statuten in stemming te worden gebracht in de algemene vergadering, waarbij voldoende leden aanwezig of (via een machtiging) vertegenwoordigd moeten zijn.
\nWijzigingen worden aangenomen met een twee\/derde meerderheid van de uitgebrachte stemmen.<\/p>\n

Bij onvoldoende vertegenwoordiging van de leden moet een nieuwe vergadering worden uitgeschreven.
\nVCH kent momenteel 328 leden; een vertegenwoordiging van meer dan 209 VCH-leden bij een algemene ledenvergadering is zeer ongebruikelijk.<\/p>\n

Het bestuur houdt daarom alvast rekening met een onvoldoende vertegenwoordiging en schrijft aansluitend aan deze vergadering een 2e buitengewone Algemene Ledenvergadering<\/strong> uit waarin dezelfde statutenwijzigingen nogmaals in stemming zullen worden gebracht.
\nIn deze 2e vergadering kan worden gestemd ongeacht het aantal vertegenwoordigde VCH-leden. Wel is nog steeds een twee\/derde meerderheid benodigd.<\/p>\n

Het bestuur van Volleybal Club Hoofddorp nodigt u van harte uit voor het bijwonen van deze buitengewone Algemene Ledenvergadering van Volleybal Club Hoofddorp op:
\nZondag 10 maart, aansluitend aan de vergadering van 19.00 uur in Sportcomplex Koning Willem-Alexander (SKWA) aan de Bennebroekerweg 800 in Hoofddorp.<\/p>\n

De agenda is bijgesloten, evenals de concept statuten. Deze concept statuten zullen in stemming worden gebracht in deze vergadering.<\/p>\n

Agenda VCH ALV 2024 – 2<\/a><\/p>\n

Zoals in voorgaande uitnodiging beschreven zijn wij conform onze huidige statuten verplicht tot het houden van een tweede vergadering over statutenwijzigingen als in de eerste vergadering de benodigde vertegenwoordiging van de leden niet is gehaald.
\nDeze vergadering gaat alleen door als in de eerste vergadering wordt vastgesteld dat inderdaad de benodigde vertegenwoordiging niet is gehaald.<\/p>\n

N.B. aansluitend aan deze vergadering zal een pub quiz worden gehouden!<\/p>\n
