Zaterdag 3 februari jl. had VCH MA1 haar 1e<\/sup> thuiswedstrijd in de 2e<\/sup> helft van het seizoen. De 1e<\/sup> 2 wedstrijden zijn helaas verloren, dus dit betekent dat de meiden extra gefocust zijn op de overwinning. En dit behoort zeker tot de mogelijkheden.<\/p>\n

Byoux en Jennifer moeten om 13:00 uur een wedstrijd fluiten. Hopelijk zijn zij er op tijd bij voor de warming-up. Marina is er niet bij en Evy Dam komt MA1 deze 2e<\/sup> helft van de competitie versterken. Dus MA1 heeft 8 meiden voor deze wedstrijd.<\/p>\n

Coach Mark spreekt de meiden toe dat winst zeker mogelijk is en pept de meiden op.<\/p>\n

De 1e<\/sup> set is begonnen. Helaas staan de meiden niet meteen \u201caan\u201d  en heeft als resultaat dat VCH MA1 al snel op grote achterstand komt te staan. De meiden proberen snel te schakelen, maar de 1e<\/sup> set is een gelopen koers. Het betekent verlies met 9-25.<\/p>\n

Aan het begin van de 2e<\/sup> set zijn de meiden goed toegesproken. Niet vastgeplakt staan aan de vloer, zorg ervoor dat je voor iedere bal gaat, blijf de bal volgen (ook al is deze niet bij jou in de buurt) en vier elk punt. De meiden begrijpen dit en het is ook duidelijk aan hun spel te zien in deze set. De meiden gaan voor iedere bal. Er ontstaan leuke rally\u2019s en het is echt spannend. De stand gaat gelijk op. Maar net als in de 1e<\/sup> 2 wedstrijden wil het net niet lukken.
De 2e<\/sup> set wordt met 22-25 verloren. Echt heel jammer. Er zat zeker meer in. Maar coach Mark is tevreden over de inzet van de meiden. En met de inzet zoals er werd gespeeld in de 2e<\/sup> set, moet vanmiddag zeker 1 setwinst mogelijk zijn.<\/p>\n

Helaas vervalt VCH MA1 in de spelsituatie van de 1e<\/sup> set. Er wordt niet geconcentreerd gespeeld, teveel onnodige fouten en geen aandacht bij de wedstrijd. De 3e<\/sup> set wordt met 8-25 verloren.<\/p>\n

Aan het begin van de 4e<\/sup> set wederom de meiden toegesproken dat het spel veel beter moet. Winst van deze set is echt mogelijk. De meiden gaan ervoor. Net als in de 2e<\/sup> set, gaat deze set ook gelijk op. Maar helaas. Het is de meiden van VCH MA1 vandaag niet gegund om hun 1e<\/sup> setwinst binnen te slepen. VV Amsterdam wint de 4e<\/sup> set met 23-25 en dus de wedstrijd 0-4.<\/p>\n

Zaterdag 10 februari moet VCH MA1 uit om 14:30 uur tegen Albatros MA3. Hopelijk gaan de meiden nu vanaf het eerste fluitsignaal voor de winst. Ze kunnen het en moeten het nu echt laten zien!<\/p>\n
