Voor VCH is het belangrijk dat de trainers en begeleiders van de verschillende teams op een nette manier met hun trainingsgroepen omgaan. Om dit duidelijk te maken is er een gedragscode, waarin staat wat de begeleider, de trainer of coach, wel en niet mag doen met zijn trainingsgroep.<\/p>\n

Daarom vraagt VCH ook een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag, om een veilige clubomgeving te kunnen waarborgen. Deze VOG, zoals hij ook wel in het kort genoemd wordt, moet op verzoek van het bestuur worden aangevraagd. De trainers, coaches en vrijwilligers die met vertrouwelijke informatie en\/of jeugdspelers omgaan worden allemaal verzocht om een VOG aan te vragen.
