Daar spelen we trouwens komend weekend weer tegen, maar dan in Aalsmeer.\u00a0 Eindstand was zaterdag 1-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Dus de eerst gewonnen set in da pocket \ud83e\udd20 <br>Natuurlijk hadden we graag willen winnen, maar dat komt nog wel. Weer speelden we met 3 doelen. Je hebt er de vorige keer over kunnen lezen. Dit keer heb ik geturfd hoe vaak we smashten en hoe vaak de setter van rechts goed ging. <br>Aan het einde van de wedstrijd vroeg Soraya: Wie heeft het meeste gesmasht? Ja, de vraag stellen is hem beantwoorden&#8230; Nou ja, is niet helemaal van toepassing, maar het was wel Soraya zelf die het meeste had gesmasht. \ud83c\udfd0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setter van rechts (achter) blijft toch nog een beetje lastig, maar was zeker al wel te turven \ud83d\udc4d\ud83c\udffb <br>We zijn bezig om de service pass beter te krijgen. Dat begint met goed leren kijken waar de bal gaat komen, balbaan inschatten. <br>Op de training deze week hebben we met hoepels gewerkt, vorige week bal op je knie laten landen, naar voren en achteren bewegen etc. Daarnaast ook aan de slag om vanuit je benen omhoog te komen. Van de bank afkomen, zoals Marco vorig jaar tijdens trainingen op woensdag altijd zei. <br>Shuffelen, shuffelen, shuffelen en dan vanuit je knie\u00ebn omhoog. Strakke plank oftewel armen recht naast elkaar. En niet nog een keer extra scheppen met je armen. Rustig omhoog. En daarna nog sturen met je schouders. <br>Klinkt makkelijk, maar heeft toch flink wat oefening nodig. En dat heeft weer wat tijd nodig. <br>Dinsdag tijdens de training ook weer oefening mee gedaan. Korf als setter en dan de service pass daar naartoe spelen. Toch wel een beetje afgekeken van de trainingen van MB1. <br>Beter goed gejat dan slecht bedacht, toch?! \ud83d\ude0e Nou ja, gedeeld \ud83d\ude1d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terug naar de wedstrijd. Het gaat er ook om de energie er goed in te houden. Elkaar oppeppen, elkaar aanmoedigen. Na elk punt bij elkaar komen en weer even focussen. <br>Zeker vanaf de 2e set zat de energie er goed in. En door die energie gingen we ook beter spelen! <br>Mooi toch! Mooi dat energie dat kan doen! En dat resulteerde uiteindelijk in de eerste set winst. \ud83d\ude00\ud83d\udd25<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En het was en is natuurlijk de week van de scheidsrechter.
