De tegenstander liet even op zich wachten, ze stonden in de file. Kan gebeuren. Toch wel even spannend of onze eerste wedstrijd \u00fcberhaupt wel door zou gaan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Eigenlijk zou de competitie voor ons vorige week al beginnen, maar Oradi\/Omnia MB2 heeft zich teruggetrokken uit de competitie. Dus vorige week geen wedstrijd. We hebben toen vrijdag geoefend tegen VCH MB1. Maar goed, eerst was er \u00e9\u00e9n en toen kwam de rest. Inspelen en beginnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We speelden tijdens de wedstrijd met 3 doelen: 1. G\u00e1\u00e1n voor de bal! 2. Setter van rechts 3. Aanval in 3 met smash.
Gaan voor de bal staat altijd op 1! Blijf scherp, speel met energie, verwacht de bal gelijk terug, rennen!
Met de setter van rechts zijn we net begonnen. De serveerder is ook de setter. Dat is nog even wennen, maar tijdens de wedstrijd toch al mooie voorbeelden gezien. De setter gaat voor de tweede bal. Hulp kan, maar daar moet je wel zelf om vragen. Anders laten we je sufferen \ud83e\udd74
Aanval met 3 en smash, dus het liefste niet pingpongen, een goede service pass en dan aanvallen. De bal moeilijk naar de overkant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dus drie doelen waar we aan werken. Lukt dat en winnen we: geweldig! Lukt dat en we winnen niet: ook top! We proberen met elkaar als team beter te worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Om maar bijna gelijk met de deur in huis te vallen: we hebben niet gewonnen, 0-4 verloren. Maar we hebben wel aan onze doelen gewerkt \ud83d\ude0e\ud83d\udc4d
Toch is het wel wennen om de energie vast te houden als je een set niet wint en daarna nog een. En dat snap ik ook wel. Is ook niet erg. Werken met doelen is nieuw en kijken naar het scorebord is verleidelijk. Komt goed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na de wedstrijd hebben we samen van elke speelster benoemd wat er goed ging. Romy<\/strong>: goede bovenhandse opslag! Ze stelde voor om bij een ace naar elkaar toe te duiken \ud83d\udc4c Hebben we gedaan! Mellaney<\/strong>: Gaat altijd voor de bal! Duikt naar ballen. Lekkere opslag & goede energie! Berra<\/strong>: Wat een harde service! Goede, rustige, onderhandse techniek. Twee keer gesmasht! Amy<\/strong>: Goed gesmasht! Prima onderhandse service. Bovenhandse service pass kwam goed aan! Melanie<\/strong>: Rustige en gecontroleerde onderhandse service pass. Daardoor konden we in 3 spelen met smash! Lekker gesmasht en effectieve bovenhandse service. Soraya<\/strong>: Heeft het meeste van het team gesmasht! Goede bovenhandse service pass: hoog en kwam goed aan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ondanks dat ze zich helemaal niet lekker voelde, kwam Linde toch nog even kijken! #teamsupport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oh ja, en we hadden ook nog een echte hobby fotografe langs de lijn, een vriendin van Romy. Dank voor de foto\u2019s!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
